Hey guys! Told you I’d be back!

I’ve got double the recipes but no grocery list as I’m sure you’ll be choosier than normal with what you do and don’t want and it will be easier for you to just pick and write your own than to try and wade through a big ole list. You’ll also notice I don’t have pictures here. Hi, guys – Happy May!

I’ve been doing a little reorganizing and I’ve gotten an editorial calendar together that I’m going to try to stick with this month on a trial basis. So I’ll be posting about three times a week. My menu for the week, KSWeekly, and then either a featured recipe or something else like a Pantry Raid. There might be extras for special days if I make something like a mother’s day dessert, but we’ll see how the month goes, okay? Okay.

Kitchen Sink Weekly #3

I gotta say, I took it pretty easy on myself last week – Most of this stuff comes together relatively quickly and without a ton of cutting board time. So much so that I almost forgot about the salad I made on Saturday. (And it was really good!)

It’s a rather oven-centric menu, which usually happens on weeks when I know I will not have time to linger too much in the kitchen. Hence the slow cooker and the oven – toss it in and walk away! It’s usually easier to clean up as well since I foil my baking dishes, so I don’t spend a lot of time scrubbing pots and pans.

Let me know what you think: does using the oven feel like more of a chore to you?
